Instructions for submitting papers:

Urgent Note: Some colleagues in Mainland China have found that they could not access the EasyChair Website.  If you have this problem, please email your submission to the Webmaster and the relevant track chairs.  Sorry for the trouble.

 1.      Submit an electronic copy of your paper of up to 5 pages (single line spacing, Times New Roman, 12 pt, 1 inch margins) including title page, abstract, references and diagrams using the review system available at    http://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=wbps2012.  Make sure that the authors' names and affiliation have been removed to facilitate anonymous review.
 2.      Do not submit the paper to more than one track. Authors should submit papers  directly to the most appropriate track. In cases where it is difficult to determine an appropriate track, authors may submit their paper directly to the workshop. And if so, the workshop chair will decide on which track should handle it. The paper should contain original material and not be previously published or currently submitted for consideration elsewhere. 
 3.      Provide the required information to the review system such as title, full name of all authors, and their complete addresses including affiliation(s), and e-mail address(es). 
 4.      The first page of the paper should include the title and abstract.
