SIGBPS Track: Social Media and E-Commerce Strategies

Track Description:

Social media has grown exponentially in recent years. What used to be primarily a way to connect friends is now a powerhouse business machine- from social media marketing to social commerce, from crowd sourcing to social intelligence, et al. The social media and e-commerce strategies track is intended to provide a high-quality forum for researchers and practitioners to present their latest theoretical and practical work in this emerging *and innovative* area. Original papers are solicited in all aspects of social media and e-commerce. Areas of particular interest include social media marketing strategies, social commerce, crowding sourcing, mass knowledge co-creation and sharing, social CRM, *and* social intelligence.
