Track Description:

In the era of globally connected societies, collaboration teams in today’s organizations are facing some new challenges that were not the primary concerns for traditional teams, such as huge amount of information, virtual team settings, cross-cultural issues, mobile collaboration environment, etc. Thus, collaboration teams are increasingly motivated to adopt systems to facilitate communication, knowledge sharing and decision making among team members. These include diverse technologies ranging from email to workflow, and to social networking. However, there is much that remains to be understood about collaboration and collaboration technologies such as security management, trust management in virtual teams, knowledge sharing, collaboration patterns, collaboration process modeling and management, and so on.? This track aims to explore managerial, technical and behavioral issues related to collaboration and collaboration technologies. We therefore invite both theoretical and empirical submissions across a diverse range of topics, from technical aspects to broader social and managerial issues that at organizational, individual or social levels.
